All booking, rescheduling and cancellation correctly executed must be followed by a confirmation text/email, in which a link is provided to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

DO WE TAKE WALK-INS?

To avoid disappointment, customers are strongly encouraged to book/reserve online BEFORE heading to the shop. 
Because Barbers have other jobs and commitments, we operate by appointments. We take walk-ins sometimes, whenever possible. However, we’ll give priority to those who have booked online while doing our best to also help the walk-ins, again if possible.
Please be mindful that hair cutting is a professional art and not an exact science.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

We kindly ask you to take a moment to review our service descriptions before booking, ensuring that you select the one that best fits your needs. Each service comes with its own specific time allocation. If you accidentally book the wrong service, don’t worry! We’ll still strive to accommodate your request within the booked time slot. This may mean skipping some complimentary services like shampoo or neck shave. Any necessary adjustments will be made to match the actual service provided, and we may apply extra fees accordingly.

For hair that’s particularly challenging, such as overgrown, thin, fine, coarse, curly, or wavy, we may upgrade your booking to reflect the additional time and expertise required. If any upgrades are made, you’ll receive a notification via our app or email, and any previously booked services will be automatically canceled and refunded. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with the best possible experience!

We kindly remind you that if you’ve booked multiple services and opt out of any during your visit, it will be considered a ‘No-show’ for that particular service. As a result, you will still be charged 100% for the service that was booked. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

3 Hours Friendly Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

To cancel or reschedule, simply use the online scheduler above. If you choose to ‘Pre-Pay’ online, your payment will be automatically processed at the time of your service. Opting for ‘Pay in Person’ still requires your credit/debit card info, but you’ll only be charged if you miss your appointment. Don’t worry, no charges apply if you cancel or reschedule at least 3 hours before your appointment.

Please note that a small booking fee is added to pre-paid appointments only. You don’t need to pre-pay unless you’ve missed appointments before. Actually, we’d prefer if you don’t pre-pay; just ‘Pay in Person’ and waive the booking fee.

Your appointment time may be adjusted slightly to accommodate our barber’s schedule efficiently.

We strive to stick to the schedule, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Thanks for your patience! If we’re running a bit late, enjoy a complimentary refreshment during your short wait. Guests requesting refreshments during their visit will be charged $3 per drink at checkout.
